Once your orders are approved, your items will usually be shipped out at the same day if in ttock, meanwhile you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the tracking number for you to check its status after it has been shipped out by veisting http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp.

EMS is our main method of shipping, so it usually takes 3-5 days to receive your items.If you want a rush delivery, $30 per order will be added to the order then you can get them 1-3days.

Items go to Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Iran, Iraq please pay $30 as extra shipping fee. Orders go to Brazil please pay extra $10 as shipping fee; If customers come from those countries which are not listed in the Free Shipping List buy lots of Supra Shoes at the same time, we will offer free shipping too.Pls feel free to contact us.

Notice:If the items you order are unfortunately out of stock, we will inform you quickly, thus hope you can choose the other Supra Shoes,if we receive no reply, we will not ship your order and refund your cash.

Return Policy:

If you find unsatisfaction with your order, we accept a return or exchange, of course all items sent back to us must be in their original condition, not worn, altered or washed with all tags attached.After we receive the shoes we will examine them, if no problems, we will refund your cash.But we don't hope this happen as our goal is to let you enjoy shopping in our online shop.

Order Cancelation:

If you want to cancel your order, you should inform us in time before the dispatch as we are not responsible for this mistake.As we usually delivery the items at the approved day, so it is a little difficult to cancel your order at the same day.Of course cancellation requests after the dispatch can be treated with our Return Policy, but you are responsible for the fees it may engender.
